The Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi) is Rome’s most famous fountain — the classic “coin toss” spot. Viewing from the piazza is free, but from 1 February 2026 tourists/non-residents pay a small ticket to enter the basin area closest to the monument (the close-up steps/water edge).
