About this experience
Ubud’s famous jungle temple park with free-roaming macaques, mossy statues, and vine-tangled paths. It’s an easy half-day: arrive early, walk the temples and bridges, and keep your snacks zipped—these little guys are smart.

- All ages welcome; families and first-timers. Expect steps/uneven paths in a humid forest.
What you'll do
- Stroll shaded paths, watch macaques in their element, cross the iconic stone-dragon bridge, and loop the temple courtyards and ravines at your pace (plan ~60—120 min).
Before you go
- Hours: 09:00—18:00; last entry 17:00. Tickets are date/day priced.
- Do not bring plastic bags/loose food; secure phones, sunglasses and bottles—monkeys will grab them. Do not feed/touch the monkeys; keep space and stay on paths.
- Pricing guide (foreign visitors): Weekdays ~IDR 100,000 adult / 80,000 child; Weekends ~IDR 120,000 adult / 100,000 child (check day-of calendar).

- Location: Padangtegal, Ubud—the park entrance is on Jalan Monkey Forest; it’s a short walk south from central Ubud.
