About this experience

Old Town Hall (Staroměstská radnice) is one of Prague’s most famous monuments on Old Town Square — home to the Astronomical Clock (Orloj) and the Old Town Hall Tower viewpoint. You can watch the Astronomical Clock from the square for free, but going up the tower / visiting the Old Town Hall monument is ticketed.

What's included

  • Ticketed admission to the Old Town Hall monument (tower access; additional interior guided circuits may be an extra add-on depending on what you choose on-site).

Who it's for

  • Perfect for: first-time Prague visitors, photographers, skyline-view hunters, history lovers.
  • Not ideal if you hate crowds — the clock area gets busy around the hourly show.

What you'll do

  • Watch the Astronomical Clock from Old Town Square (free), then enter the Old Town Hall to go up the tower for views over the square and city rooftops.
  • Optional add-on: pay extra (on-site) for guided access to historic interiors/underground circuits if offered that day.

Before you go

  • Tickets / price: Ticketed entry. Official admission lists Basic: 350 CZK (reduced 230 CZK; youth 16—26: 280 CZK; family: 750 CZK).
  • Visitors under 15 may enter only when accompanied by an adult (18+).

Good to know

  • Time needed: 60—120 mins (more if you add interiors).
