About this experience
A large, mixed-style garden in central Tokyo (~58 ha) combining Japanese, English and French formal gardens plus a greenhouse. A calm green break from Shinjuku’s skyscrapers, especially famous for cherry-blossom and autumn colours.

- Tickets: adult admission is about ¥500; seniors and students pay less, and junior-high-age children and younger are free.
- Hours: typically open from 09:00; closing time changes by season (earlier in winter, later in summer).
- Closed on Mondays except during certain peak flower seasons, and around year-end holidays.
