Hong Kong Disneyland

Hong Kong Disneyland is a full scale Disney theme park on Lantau Island with classic castle park lands plus newer areas like World of Frozen and Marvel attractions. It is smaller than Orlando or Tokyo but dense, easy to navigate and very doable as a one day park for most visitors. Plan a full day (rope drop to closing) if you want rides, shows, parades and night spectaculars without rushing.

Child and senior tickets are cheaper; prices and tiers change by date so always check the official ticket calendar before planning.
• Park hours: Hong Kong Disneyland is typically open from about 10:00 or 10:30 in the morning until around 20:00—21:00 at night, with exact opening and closing times varying by day and season on the park calendar. Night shows and parades are scheduled within those hours.
• Some attractions, shows and lands may be closed for maintenance or seasonal refurbishments; check the daily schedule and app for what is operating on your visit date.
• Bag checks and security screening apply at the entrance. Prohibited items include drones, large tripods, certain wheeled devices and outside food that does not comply with park rules.

• Location: Penny’s Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong, connected to the city by the dedicated Disneyland Resort MTR line and by bus and road links.
• Park layout: the current park has multiple themed lands including Main Street style entrance, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Adventureland, Toy Story Land, Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point, World of Frozen and a growing Marvel themed area in Tomorrowland.
• Best timing: weekdays outside major Chinese and Hong Kong public holidays are generally quieter. Many visitors aim for arriving at or before opening and staying through the nighttime show.
