CN Tower, Toronto — Glass Floor, Main & Lower Observation Levels (Optional: The Top / EdgeWalk)
Highlights
Timed General Admission access to:
About this experience
CN Tower is Toronto’s “go up and instantly understand the city” move. Your standard visit gets you to the Main Observation Level (346m) plus the Lower Observation Level (342m) where the famous Glass Floor and open-air terrace moments happen. If you want to go even higher, add The Top (447m) — and if you’re built different, EdgeWalk is the hands-free outside walk around the Tower’s main pod.
What's included
- Timed General Admission access to:
- Main Observation Level (346m / 114 storeys)
- Lower Observation Level (342m / 113 storeys) with Glass Floor
- OverView, Outdoor Terrace, and Artmosphere (interactive art showcase)
- NOT included: The Top (requires The Top + GA ticket), EdgeWalk, food/drinks, transport/parking.
Who it's for
- Perfect for first-timers who want skyline + Lake Ontario views in one clean visit.
- Great for families/couples/solo travelers (easy, safe, very “Toronto”).
- Less ideal if you hate queues — timed entry helps, but peak days still get busy.
What you'll do
- Book a timed entry, check in, and take the elevators up.
- Do Main Observation Level first, then head down to the Lower Level for the Glass Floor + Outdoor Terrace.
- If you booked The Top, go up to 447m for the higher platform views.
Before you go
- Tickets / price (starts from): Timed General Admission (Adult 14—64): $47 CAD (tax extra).
- Optional upgrades (baselines):
- The Top + Timed General Admission (Adult): $59 CAD (tax extra)
- Premier (VIP): $95 CAD (tax extra; includes priority access + The Top)
- EdgeWalk: starting at $199 CAD (tax extra; booking required)
- Hours (Observation Levels): 10:00 AM—11:00 PM (last entry 9:00 PM).
- Timed admission rule: your ticket is valid for your selected entry time, and you can stay for the rest of the day once inside.
Good to know
- “The Top” is 447m (1,465 ft) — CN Tower calls it the highest observation platform in the Western Hemisphere, and on a clear day you can see up to 160 km.
- Time needed: 1.5—2.5 hours for General Admission; add more time if you include The Top or go at peak hours.
Why this is worth it
Do CN Tower properly with Timed General Admission ($47 CAD) for the Main + Lower Levels + Glass Floor — then upgrade to The Top ($59 CAD) if you want the highest views, or go full-send with EdgeWalk (from $199 CAD).
